Compliance & Licensing

NuMi Rx is committed to operating a safe, legal, and transparent telehealth platform. We follow federal telehealth and pharmacy law, HIPAA, and the standards set by third-party certifiers including LegitScript.

Licensed Providers

All prescriptions are issued by clinicians licensed in the patient's state of residence. Provider licenses are verified and continuously monitored.

Licensed U.S. Pharmacies

Medications are dispensed only by pharmacies licensed in the patient's state and, where applicable, registered with the DEA and FDA. We do not import medications.

No Controlled Substances Online

In accordance with the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act, our providers do not prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances over telehealth outside of legally permitted exceptions.

Working Toward LegitScript Certification

Our policies, provider oversight, marketing standards, and pharmacy partnerships are designed to meet LegitScript's Healthcare Merchant Certification standards.

HIPAA-Compliant Infrastructure

PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. All vendors handling PHI operate under Business Associate Agreements.

Transparent Business Practices

Our physical business address, ownership, medical director, refund and cancellation policies, and contact information are published and accurate.

Medical Director & Oversight

Our clinical operations are overseen by a state-licensed Medical Director. Provider quality is monitored through peer review, prescribing audits, and adverse-event tracking.

Marketing Standards

NuMi Rx marketing is truthful, non-misleading, and includes required safety information and material risks. We do not make efficacy claims that are not supported by evidence, and we do not use before/after imagery or testimonials in a manner prohibited by state medical boards.

Compounded Medications Disclosure

Certain treatments (including some GLP-1, peptide, and hormone formulations) may be prescribed as compounded medications from 503A or 503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. A licensed provider will discuss the risks and benefits before prescribing.

Report a Concern

To report a safety concern, adverse event, or compliance issue, contact compliance@numirx.com or call 813.812.1833. You may also report concerns to your state medical board or to the FDA MedWatch program at 1-800-FDA-1088.

Medical Director

Clinical operations are overseen by our named Medical Director, a physician licensed in the State of Florida. Medical Director name and Florida license number: [TO BE PROVIDED]. This information will be published here and made available to LegitScript and state boards upon request.

Pharmacy Partner

Medications are dispensed by Rush Pharmacy, a U.S.-licensed pharmacy. See our Pharmacy Partner page for licensing details and states served.

Provider Network

Clinical services are delivered by independent providers through LocumTele. Every provider is licensed in the patient's state of residence and credentials are continuously monitored.

State Availability

NuMi Rx currently serves patients in 47 U.S. states. Services are not available in California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. Treatment availability within a state is also subject to clinical appropriateness.

Refills, Transfers & ID Verification

Refills are authorized only by the prescribing provider based on clinical review and adherence. Government-issued photo ID is required at intake and may be re-verified. Early refills are not permitted outside of medically justified exceptions. Prescription transfers to or from outside pharmacies are handled directly by Rush Pharmacy.
