Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers at different locations to share individual patient medical information for the purpose of improving patient care. Providers may include primary care practitioners, specialists, and pharmacists.

You may withhold or withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care. You have a right to a copy of your medical records at reasonable cost.
NuMi Rx providers do not prescribe controlled substances via telehealth except in strict compliance with federal and state law, including the Ryan Haight Act.
