1. Platform Role

NuMi Rx operates a technology platform that facilitates telehealth consultations between you and independent, state-licensed healthcare providers, and coordinates fulfillment through independent, state-licensed pharmacies. NuMi Rx is not a medical group and does not practice medicine or pharmacy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a U.S. state where our contracted providers are licensed. Treatment availability varies by state and clinical appropriateness.

3. No Guarantee of Prescription

Submitting an online visit does not guarantee a prescription. The treating provider will prescribe only when clinically appropriate. If a prescription is not issued, you will not be charged for medication.

4. Not for Emergencies

NuMi Rx is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Some treatments ship on recurring subscriptions. You may cancel anytime in your account. Charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not provide false information, share your account, misuse medications, resell, divert, or use the platform in violation of federal or state law, including the Controlled Substances Act and the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuMi Rx disclaims all implied warranties. NuMi Rx is not liable for the independent clinical decisions of treating providers or dispensing pharmacies.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration and you waive class actions, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out within 30 days of account creation.
