NuMi Rx ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information — including protected health information (PHI) — when you use our website and telehealth platform.
To provide telehealth services, connect you with licensed providers and pharmacies, process payments, ship medications, communicate with you, comply with law, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal or health information.
We share information with independent licensed providers who treat you, licensed pharmacies that dispense your medication, HIPAA-covered service providers (e.g., EHR, shipping, payments) under Business Associate Agreements, and as required by law.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and administrative safeguards consistent with HIPAA. No system is 100% secure.
We retain medical records for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the last patient encounter, or longer where required by state law (some states require retention until a minor patient reaches the age of majority plus additional years). Account and billing records are retained for seven (7) years to meet tax and regulatory obligations. When retention obligations expire and you have not been an active patient for that period, records are securely destroyed in accordance with HIPAA.
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and request a copy of your medical records from the treating provider. California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
NuMi Rx is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
