After a licensed provider issues your prescription, Rush Pharmacy typically fills orders within 1–3 business days. Ground shipping to your address usually takes an additional 2–5 business days. Medications requiring cold-chain shipping are sent with expedited service and temperature-controlled packaging.
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents on the exterior.
The consultation fee is charged when you submit an online visit. If the treating provider determines that a prescription is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication and the consultation fee is refundable upon request within 14 days.
Federal and state pharmacy law prohibits the return, reuse, or resale of dispensed prescription medications, even if unopened. For this reason, medications cannot be returned for a refund once dispensed and shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, temperature-compromised, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@numirx.com or 813.812.1833. Rush Pharmacy will replace the affected order at no additional cost after review.
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle; charges for orders already processed or shipped are non-refundable except where required by law.
